Position Requirements:
- Minimum of EEC Lead Teacher, Child Development Associate (CDA); or ECE Degree or related degree. Will consider experience working with Children, Families and your willingness to obtain the above requirements.
- Bilingual Spanish/English (Tri-Lingual adding Portuguese is a plus)
Position Specifications:
This is a full-time position Coaching/Mentoring FCC Educators in their licensed Family Child Care homes.
- Schedule and support monthly visits to Family Child Care Homes.
- Assisting with childcare referrals
- Acting as a parent/provider liaison
- Support Program quality to enhance child outcomes
Compensation: $54,080.00-60,320.00, plus mileage. Excellent Benefit package: Health, Dental, Vision, Retirement, PTO and exceptional teamwork environment.
